PAINT YOUR MIND- An Outdoor Workshop led by Thajba Najeeb

Participants will be working on a watercolor paper exploring the connection between watercolors, inks and pen for a period of 2 hours, where with the guidance of Thajba. They will walk out with their own art masterpiece; a manifestation of their inner minds with the amalgamation of what the eye sees- raw urban architecture.

About the artist:
Thajba Najeeb is currently the Head of Department of the Visual Arts Department at Ibn Khuldoon National School, Bahrain.
She completed her Bachelors in Fine Arts from University of Dubai in 2005, & has a Certificate of Teaching in Private sector of education from Bahrain Teachers College (2017).

Nested on a small island called Bahrain, she has roots from Lahore, Pakistan and branches flowing from USA and Dubai – where she studied art. After trying out a career as an interior designer, she decided to spread her creative force in a classroom where she enjoyed hearing the echo of her voice as a teacher – talking about art, the movements, the artists, brilliant ideas and concepts.
